Is the 90s born ppl like some of use the last generation to see good shows?

Compared to kids born in the late 90s and the last decade with the
good shows from cartoon network and nickelodeon created for enjoyment
and not just for money.

Not trying to sound superior this is a serious question I'd like
serious answers.
